Players can ask the family manager of the account for exceptions to restricted or blocked content through ‘Ask to Play’ or ‘Ask to Purchase’ requests.
Parents and guardians can respond to “Ask to Play” or “Ask to Purchase” requests, and adjust other management settings, conveniently through the PlayStation mobile app or directly through the console.
