    • Odds of Winning – The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the applicable round period in relation to the Round 1 and Round 2 draws, and the number of eligible entries received by participants who entered both Round 1 and Round 2 in relation to the grand prize draw.
    • Conditions to Winning – The selected entrants will be contacted by email and notified that they are eligible to win. Each selected entrant must reply by email within three (3) business days of notification to establish a virtual meeting time for administration of a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question.  The Sponsor will then email the selected entrant to provide him/her/they the scheduled timing for such meeting and provide the selected entrant with a form of acknowledgement and release (the “Release Form”), which the selected entrant will complete, execute and submit to the Sponsor in advance of the scheduled meeting time for the administration of the skill testing question.  The Release Form, among other things, (i) confirms compliance with the Rules; (ii) releases the Sponsor, its affiliated companies and agents, advertising and promotion agencies, the Contest judges and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from any liability in connection with the Contest, the entrant’s participation therein and/or the awarding and use or misuse of a prize or any portion thereof; and (iii) grants to the Sponsor the right to use the selected entrant’s name, address and likeness in any form of advertising relating to the Contest without further notice or compensation.

Selected entrants must answer the skill testing question without the use of aids of any kind other than a pencil/pen and paper. Selected entrants may be asked to share their screens or show their immediate area via a camera to ensure compliance with these Rules.

If a selected entrant: (A) cannot be contacted by the Sponsor within a reasonable period of time, (B) fails to respond to the Sponsor’s email within the allotted time, (C) fails to submit a properly completed and executed Release Form within the allotted time, (D) fails to attend on time at the meeting for administration of the skills testing question, (E) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question within the allotted time, or (F) otherwise is found not to comply with these Rules, he/she/they will be disqualified and will forfeit any prize.  In such case, the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate entrant from among the remaining eligible entries.
